TYPES OF STRESS
Positive stress -stress can be positive when occurs in a situation that offers opportunity to person to gain something
Negative stress -it is negative when a person faces social, physical, organizational, emotional problems
Stress can be caused mainly by work, social , family problems e.g overload, unclear expectation , facing discrimination , divorce , emotional problems , fear and uncertainty, change of life,
Stress can result to health problems if someone he/she cant manage well, when your in a stress your body lauches a physical response the nervous system release hormones that prepare you to either fight or take off,
there are temporary( short term) and long term stress, in temporary stress you may notice your heartbeat speed up, your breathing gets faster, your muscles tense, you start to sweat , headache, fatique, upset stomach,
the long term stress brings more health problems includes heart disease, high blood pressure , hardening of the arteries, heart attack, diarrhea, changes in sex drive , fertility problems, asthma,
managing your stress makes a real difference to your health try to do the following to manage your stress

-dont try to control the uncontrollable
-learn to forgive
-share your feelings
-make time for fun and relaxation
-manage your time better
